We moved into our new build in Warwickshire around this time last year and have had a lot of issues mainly relating to flooring. I was wondering if anyone can share advise how you have dealt with your developer, specifically if you feel you are getting nowhere? The response was okay to begin with (first couple of months) whilst trades were on site but now I'm dealing with Persimmon customer care dept and I can't seem to get anywhere.
I realise its a broad question but if anyone has any tips getting developers to address the issues outstanding a year down the line I'd appreciate it

I had a terrible time with Taylor wimpey's customer service manager who took over after site left. You can go through the NHBC but I would recommend raising it as high up the command of persimmon first of all, as NHBC still tend to veer on the side of the builder from what my neighbours have mentioned. I don't know what issues you are having but would say after our snagging inspection we sent it to TW's sales Director which got a response
